This pertains to MFF btw...

Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
I'm all over the place, dancing one minute, a panel the next, browsing art another, I frequent room parties and drink often. So look for me!

Where are you staying?
The MArriott I believe, I know not main hotel, that sucks.

Do you do free art?
Not really, I take requests. I havent done any paid commissions. If your idea is interesting enough thats a maybe

Do you do trades?
Never done one, but sounds like fun. let me know if interested

Do you do commissions?
Not at a con. I don't do tables yet. If you PM me on FA or DA I might look into. Suffice to say I'd do some pretty cheap art.

Can I touch you?
If I know you, first names plz. and no badge names don't count

Can I talk to you?
I encourage it, these cons are all about socialization!

Can I buy you a drink?
Yes yes and yes. mmmm alcohol

Can I take your picture?
Sure I guess, Im not a suiter and don't really where anything too out there than the usual furry lame shtuff

What do you look like?
I'm a gay white furry male (that should be enough right?) I'm the only guy there with a guinea pig badge.

WOOT MFF!

Hoooray, I'm heading to Pittsburg with friends, money and alcohol! It's furry time and Im fucking ready. Got Steven Colbert on and my laundry done, its almost go time. One day left.

My Summer internship has helped me come into plenty og money for the cons and I go with much excitement. On top of that the virtual stuend center project is almost wrapped up. Ill be uploading images of my work to Deviant Art. Not the most exciting of places but it gets the job done.

Ive taken up drawing again finally and Im working some more on my tablet to ink and color my drawings. Give me another year and I should be at the point I can seriously hold a tabl at a con and do badge work and commisions etc.

Personal projects over the summer have consisted of working on my 3D anthro otter. And my 3D feral guinea pig artist thingy. It's movign really slow but I will have something to show by the end of it. doing fur in maya is certaninly tough.
Also I have a preety impressive attack helicopter in the works.

The past semester I was involved on a animated short, which resulted in a trailer currently which will be finished by next semester. Ill be uploading some of the models ive made (kitchen work, bathroom, suitcase, copier machine) to my dev art.

There is the total update of my work this past half year. And Seriously, let me know if you are going to AC so we can coordinate hanging out (i know its massive con so Ill be on the lookout)

See ya'll in Pittsburg

So yeah April Fools Day is a rather silly holiday. Which I think we should get off from school and work to celebrate this important tribute to America's culture. So yeah. Then nobody would know if it was a joke or not, get it?

Anyways art update:
- Got some sketches still to upload to FA (go there for furry stuffs)
- Got a TON of 3D renders to post to DA (go there for my super cereal work)
- Got some commisioned badge and artwork that'll be coming my way eventually Ill be sure to post that in both places

Con Update:
FCN- Not going
RCFM- That's a maybe (depending on cash flow baby)
AC- Definately want to do this, but it's the 4th of July (during the peachtree 10 K) So we will see

Summer Update:
Im looking at Internships in Bburg, Atlanta, and Orlando. Might apply, otherwise work some shit retail job, prolly at the Q again (Quiznos).

So yeah keep it real peeps

So let me put a disclaimer first, the unfunny part is this dumb bitch made me miss my flight, piss off my parents and just making everything unnecesarily horrible for today. (im siting in Roanoke airport for 5 hours now for the next god damned flight, which will put me at the school im looking at too late)

Funny story
SO... I for some reason or another thought to myself today how funny it would be if they hand searched my bag and saw all my furry stuff in there. Well I'lll be damned i got my bag hand searched. The TSA lady, while nice, was pulling out everything! (keep in mind im in the very conservative roanoke)
Contents pulled from my bag
1) little plushie tiger (she said adorable)
2) First four issues of Circles, the gay furry comic (she flipped through my books for some reason with a confused expression
3) The Rape of Nanking
4) collar, erm my size hehe
5) 101 Great things about being gay (she flipped through this one, apparently curious)
6) My sketchbook (she flipped through all my furry drawings, no porn!, and said she really like my drawings)

While this was all entertaining I as well as 10 other people missed our flight out of this shitty airport, and have to wait FOREVER for the next flight.

So yeah according to the TSA agent here, I draw good furries

Pog if i was an otter

I like sleep
My animation class is going well, Dane gave me props for my active participation in the group which was o so awesome.
I do feel a little burnt out these days, even though we are just getting started.
For some reason, I kinda wish we didn't have only 3-4 projects a semester, but rather had a project ever couple of weeks. O well

You know those times where you keep trying to get more sleep, but it's never enough? I had that today, went to sleep at 12:00 last night (really early) but alas the next day I still was dead.

Anyways, money is saved up for FWA, plans are made and school is going along normally. Despite having things to look forward to (projects, conventions, weekends) I do still find myself wondering what it'd be like to snag a simple 9-5 job somewhere else and just waste my time on the internets (or at least more so than i do now :p) But hat would mean a serious drop in lifestyle so meh.

k bai.

Mmm blagging...thank you xkcd for that expression.

Anyways here's a bit of something opinion wise. Sure everyone of the ipod generation (techinically im the z generation) worships that series of tubes that is the internet. However I think it is bout time politicians look to the internets for the solutions to tommorow's problems. The intellectual issues like the economy and the energy crisis aside, the domestic and international issues of human interaction, religion, and rights could be calmed with access and guidance with the internet.

think of the culture you hate the most, and you can find on the internet not only a reason to be empathetic, but an opportunity to find common ground.

Think of the sum of human knowledge (both bad and good) online. Ussually the better (wikipedia) and worse (4chan) categorized conveniently on sites. It is said that in today's age we learn more in a day than a 19th centuries's person's lifetime.

anyways, quatinfying information aside. More than us really awesome Democracy bringing Americans *sarcasm* the real equalizer we find these days is simply death and the internet. (sorry taxes, not guaranteed globally)

They say that the exposure education that come with college exposes you to the many other cultures, often shaking one out of your locally indoctrinated religion or system of beliefs. But in todays rapid acceleration of technology in the information age, not only is all the information of college online, but so is the culture. The only issue is sorting through all the crap to find the true voice of a people.

I have found that alot of the time, understanding another culture, thier issues: thier triumphs and failures and thier goals. Avoids miscommunication and brings us all closer to peace. Sure it sounds hippy-ish, but the dominant voice of the internet, while often critical, accepts everyone's right not only to exist but to express opinion.

Internet veterans dismiss these possibilities citing the ugly world of expression of the internet (especially found on XBL.) However the radicals aside, everyone on the internet can represent thier people and cause with uniformity and purpose that can be understood by all.

All the hate on the internet aside, there is opportunity at least to discuss issues without violence. Much in the same vien someone can express themselves in violent video games without acting on the impulse.

Anyways a late night eutopian ranting of my own, take it or leave it. I think there might be something there... although I admit it sounds about as ignorant as Mike Huckabee's "do the right thing" book.

The first five people to comment in this post get to request a SIMPLE sketch of a character of their choosing from me. In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their drawing ability level.
